Additional Information
Payment by credit card and ACH. For security reasons, we do not accept cash or checks. We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express. All fees are paid in advance of service.

We insist on a minimum of two daily visits for dogs and daily visits for cats.

Our pricing may be adjusted based on varying circumstances or situations.

To ensure we can accommodate your needs, we kindly request clients to provide us with a minimum of two days' notice before the desired service date. We will do our best to accommodate clients based on our scheduling availability.

Before entrusting us with the care of your beloved pet, please ensure that they are up to date with their vaccinations, spayed or neutered, and have proper ID tags attached. These precautions are essential to guarantee the safety of your pet, our team, and those in our vicinity.

8:00 am – 6:00 pm
We will respond to urgent matters after our normal hours of operation. All other messages will be returned during normal business hours
